amazing location warm staff small room cramped bathroom
the location was amazing and close to everything i needed. the staff exuded warmth making me feel genuinely welcome. they ensured my stay was comfortable and stress free

the staff was very helpful, providing information about transportation. the location is great, especially for accessing paddington station. the room had good air conditioning, useful during a warm period.
the bathroom lacked an extractor fan, and there was a slight odor. the window was small, affecting ventilation in the room. the beds moved easily if you sat against the wall (it was somewhat inconvenient).

the location was AMAZING!!! it was super close to paddington station, a definite plus. i found many restaurants and shops in the immediate area, providing convenient dining options. the lift to the upper floors worked well, i stayed on the fourth floor.
I noticed the hotel is quite compact. My room felt a bit cramped.
